Introductory level CNC operator position for setting up and operating a CNC machine for creating parts from various materials including metal and composites.

As an Machinist General Sr you may do the following :
Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive machining operations using automated equipment.
Use precise measuring instruments and equipment, perform mathematical calculations.
Work from diagrams and drawings following detailed planning, and use hand and / or power tools.
Sets up and operates a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines to make metal parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exact tolerances and dimensions.
