Job Description Summary :
The Office Manager directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions within the Neuroscience Clinics at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
The Office Manager is responsible for practice operations, financial accounting activities, operating and capital budgets, as well as implementing and supporting policies and procedures.
They will work effectively with physicians and other care providers to assure timely and thorough communication and practice efficiencies.
In addition, they provide education and coaching support to staff and act as a role model in support of the OhioHealth Mission Statement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree
Field of Study : Healthcare
Field of Study : Business Administration
Field of Study : related field.
Years of experience : 3
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
A minimum of 3 years of related health care experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting, including 2 years of lead or supervisor experience
Experience may be substituted in lieu of requirements
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Bachelors Degree or in the final stages of completing Bachelors Degree highly preferred due to level of complexity within the clinics
