We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Batch Scheduling Analyst to join the Technology Services Group (TSG) - Global Batch Services Team.
This role is located in L ake Mary, FL via hybrid in office work arrangment .
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Design, implement and maintain batch schedules to ensure timely and efficient processing of data.
- Monitor batch processing to identify and resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of batch processing with other systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for batch processing procedures and schedules.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members.
- Stay current with industry developments and implement best practices.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :
- Full understanding of Mainframe and Distributed batch processing
- Full working knowledge with Workload Automation, Job Scheduling, Calendar Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to the scheduling conflicts
- Diagnose, isolate and de-bug scheduling problems
- Plan and execute disaster recovery procedures and perform Batch Audits.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience required2 - 3 years of related infrastructure experience required;
experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
