Trillium Construction has several openings for Commercial Painting Estimators in the Denver, CO area! You will be putting together estimates and bids for small and large-scale commercial and retail painting projects throughout the country! This opportunity is direct-hire, and full-time, with bonuses, benefits, and other perks! Annual salary starts at $70,000 / year and increases with experience.
Duties :
- Utilize fundamental computer applications and estimating software programs like On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to craft professional written bids for projects varying in size and complexity.
- Conduct scope analysis verification, pre-bid walkthroughs, and on-site evaluations subsequent to project award.
- Develop precise estimated proposals incorporating comprehensive work scopes along with relevant clarifications or exclusions pertinent to the bid submission.
- Generate detailed take-offs and estimates for the Division.
- Collaborate with Project Managers during handoff meetings to furnish information and insights for setting up project cost sheets, production schedules, material take-offs, and schedule of values.
