Residential Electrician Cincinnati, OH

Compensation : $75K - $120K DOE plus incentivized increases for efficiency and performance.

$15,000.00 Retention Bonus, payable as follows :

$5,000 bonus paid after 45 days of employment.

$5,000 bonus paid after 180 days of employment.

$5,000 retention bonus paid out at end of first year of employment.

We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team as a Residential Electrical Service Technician in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have open availability, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

The Residential Electrician works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed, will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, free CEU's, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet.

In addition to your base pay, you will also receive incentive pay as well as performance-based bonuses. We guarantee FULL-TIME work.

Responsibilities :

• Perform electrical repairs and installations in residential settings.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Performs residential service calls for electrical components.
• Assesses electrical needs and troubleshoots electrical issues.
• Provides advice on electrical equipment condition and problem solutions.
• Provides estimates to customers.
• Completes repairs and installations of electrical components.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
