Health Systems Administrator
Summary
The Youth Regional Treatment Center (YRTC) Program Director is responsible, with commensurate authority, for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the program and for working closely with the Area Director and YRTC Clinical Director in assuring that the YRTC philosophy and treatment modalities are implemented as well as, directing and evaluating all aspects of the program.
Position reports to the Area Director.

- Provide overall leadership and direction for all processional and support personnel within the treatment.
- Manage a high clinical intensity residential treatment program.
- Provide oversight to a Business Office and Contract Health Service Program.
- Plan, direct, evaluate and revise functional administrative / management areas of the clinical services.
- Develop organizational budgets and provide financial management expertise to the Business Office.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local, regional and national government agencies and schools.
- Ensure all staff maintain pertinent training and credentials.
