SUMMARY
Partner is seeking a full-time field specialist / technician to support the Integrated Facilities Solutions team in our Roseville, CA office.
The ideal candidate will be trained to perform the following :
- Onsite Liaison
- Balcony Inspection and Drilling
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget
- Communication with subject site representatives
- Data compilation and organization
- Ability to regularly travel by car or flight to job sites throughout the region for single day or multiple day trips
- Conducting site reconnaissance, including sampling activities, if necessary
- Effectively communicate project progress and issues with the Project Manager
- Maintain communication with team members throughout the course of the project
- Other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager associated with report deliverable schedule and plan
- Identify and resolve issues with projects
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Self-starter able to, with minimal direction, determine steps needed to complete field tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Proven ability to deliver a quality product on time
- Satisfactory writing skills
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
- Computer skills : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous field technician experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and earn appropriate certifications.
- The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Able to travel local to regionally 90% of the time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. of equipment and carry to job site
COMPENSATION
For this role the reasonably expected base salary is $24- $26 / hr.
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
