Make a Difference in Monterey Park! Accountant / Payroll Clerk Needed! Join our passionate team at a non-profit organization in Monterey Park! We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accountant / Payroll Clerk. In this role, you'll :
- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 190 employees using ADP.
- Support the accounting department with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to complete daily tasks efficiently. To qualify, you'll have :
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Proven experience processing payroll, preferably with ADP.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with colleagues.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with ADP, Microsoft Word, and Excel is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check. We offer :
