Accounting Associate

Magnum Piering in Cincinnati, OH is seeking to hire a full-time Accounts Payable Associate who will work closely with our Controller in our West Chester, Ohio office.

Job Description

• Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist Controller in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end assignments
• Respond to A / P inquires from vendors and suppliers
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Journal entries
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company standards and accounting principals
• Phone backup
• Collaborate on other projects as needed or assigned
• Other administrative duties may be assigned

Qualifications :

5+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and highly organized
