POSITION SUMMARY
The Leasing Counselor at Parc Provence is responsible for assisting the Leasing Director in all aspects of the leasing and admissions processes.
The Leasing Counselor also represents Parc Provence to the residents, their guests, families and the community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities described below are representative, but not necessarily all-inclusive, of the position :
Maintain supplies and materials.
Assist with coordination of room displays.
Maintain resident and department files and assist with reports.
Maintain lead and influencer database systems.
Assist with admissions, move and discharge paperwork.
Assist with creative follow-up for prospects and influencers.
Assist with photo shoots, trade shows, leasing events and special events.
Create informational mailings to prospects.
Effectively communicate through oral and written communications.
Conduct tours when needed
Follow State Regulations and policies and procedures as set by the Leasing Director and Administration in all areas of duties.
Report maintenance and safety items to Leasing Director or Maintenance Director when observed or to the MOD or receptionist if on the weekend.
Required to work weekends, holidays, after scheduled hours if necessary for normal weekend shift coverage, projects, special functions, etc.
Follow established guidelines for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding residents and their personal information.
Participate in all training offered by employer.
Demonstrate attention to detail and thoroughness.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to read and write. College degree preferred.
Experience :
Prefer experience in leasing or marketing in a Long Term Care Community.
Reasoning Skills :
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Oral / Written Communication Skills :
Ability to read, write and speak English. Ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents and families and possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
