Position Overview :

The Billing Specialist to play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and timely invoicing, directly impacting company cash flow.

This position involves managing service contract data entry and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless billing processes.

Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and excellent time-management skills are essential to meet deadlines and support smooth billing processes.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of billing experience, ideally in construction or project billing.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Alignment with company core values and a proactive work style.

Responsibilities :

  • Process and own monthly service T&M billings and equipment sale invoices.
  • Enter service contract data into the accounting system with high accuracy.
  • Manage dropship orders, ensuring correct pricing and internal costs.
  • Collaborate with team members on contracts, sales orders, and quotes.
  • Consolidate invoices as needed and promptly transmit service agreement and equipment sale billings.
  • Navigate and enter invoices in customer portals and process credit memos and tax adjustments.
  • Perform additional duties to support billing accuracy and efficiency.
