Job Title : Assistant Plumbing Project Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Assistant Plumbing Project Manager with experience in commercial plumbing for tenant improvements and special projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering and proven sales, estimating, and project management skills.
Expertise in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing commercial plumbing projects from planning through completion.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Use Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid to track project milestones and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial plumbing project management.
- Expertise in estimating, sales, and project management.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.
- Local and stable work history required.
