Job Description :
The Accounts Payable Clerk will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and is responsible for managing a high volume of vendor invoices, assisting with general ledger duties, and monthly close process execution.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Enter invoices in Accounting ERP system with appropriate coding based on nature of expenditure and applicable project.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
- File and maintain vendor files.
- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with ability to work independently.
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines.

Education and Qualifications :
This is an entry-level role. The main requirement is a willingness to learn and the capability to handle large volumes of requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA / BS degree in business or accounting preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills would be a huge benefit.
