Description :
- TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidatesmust have : Communications Hardware BreakFix Installing.
- Troubleshooting Dell laptop / desktop PCs. Working withendusers to resolve issues. Providing updates to management asneeded.
- Maintains analyzes troubleshoots andrepairs computer systems hardware and computerperipherals.
- Documents maintains upgrades orreplaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information includingrights security and systems groups.
- Trainsemployees identifies analyzes and repairs product failures andorders and replaces.arts as needed.
- Break Fixexperience on Desktop Laptop Printer and Servers.
