Compensation :
$87,000 - $176,500 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop leads to connect with potential clients in the Sioux Falls area
- Participate in training sessions aimed at improving knowledge and skills specific to real estate
- Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are secured with either a listing or buyer’s agent
- Maintain regular communication with prospective homebuyers through phone calls and emails to foster relationships and ensure brand recognition
- Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progression towards company objectives
- Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clientele
- Maintain accurate and current customer information for agents using a CRM system
- Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments
- Follow up with leads
Qualifications :
