Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized guidance and support to military families relocating to Sioux Falls, SD, ensuring a seamless transition into their new home.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and market trends in Sioux Falls to assist military families in finding their ideal home.
• Establish connections with relocation companies, corporations, and local businesses in Sioux Falls to create new business opportunities and referrals.
• Lead military families through the home buying process from the initial consultation to the closing, offering assistance at every stage for a smooth transaction.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Sioux Falls market to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
