Compensation :
$86,000 - $165,500 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop and expand the client base by actively seeking out new business opportunities in Sioux Falls, SD.
- Efficiently manage leads by hunting, organizing, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries to ensure prompt conversion into appointments, providing exceptional customer responses.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date database of current and potential clients, accurately recording all lead information.
- Engage with prospects using various communication methods such as email and phone calls to nurture them through the sales pipeline, generating qualified luxury real estate leads.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to demonstrate progress towards achieving team objectives in the luxury real estate market in Sioux Falls, SD.
Qualifications :
