job summary :
- Entering in purchase orders from customers into a custom system in a timely manner accurately. -Reading and understanding the plating specifications that are called out on the purchase order.
- Contacting customers with questions regarding their purchase orders via phone call or email. -Communicate with the production and sales teams on special jobs that come in.
- Work with your team in order to ensure all of the orders get entered before the end of the business day. -Maintain email, including answering customers and saving purchase orders in the advanced PO file.
- Maintain a clean desk space. -Answering incoming calls via a multiline phone system. -Review the orders that were entered to ensure accuracy.
