Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with loan registration and submission on the portal
Issue disclosures and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Act as a liaison between sales and operations for client needs
Required Qualifications
One year of experience in a related position, preferably in lending or member service
High School graduate or equivalent
One year of direct public contact experience preferred
Ability to type 35 wpm and operate a 10-key calculator
Experience with online data operations
