Must be able to commute or relocate to the Phoenix metropolitan area.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION :

As a full-time Home Appliance Repair Tech, you'll be working an 8 am to 5 pm schedule. We want to make things convenient for you, so we'll try to keep you in specific geographic regions around the Phoenix area based on where you live.

No need to report to the office every day, as you'll be out in the field taking care of our valued customers and most parts are delivered to either the customers' homes or yours.

This position is valley-wide, so get ready to explore the beautiful neighborhoods of Phoenix!

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A HOME APPLIANCE REPAIR TECH :

Get ready for an action-packed day as a Home Appliance Repair Tech! Your main focus is on conducting diagnostics and repairs at customers' homes or other locations.

Showcasing your expertise, you'll skillfully resolve issues while taking the opportunity to educate customers on proper appliance usage.

Driving your company-provided service vehicle, you'll be equipped with a company-provided iPad to record all the important service details.

With a keen eye for inventory control, you'll ensure that you have the right parts on hand.

But it doesn't stop there! We're all about staying on top of our game, so attending paid training sessions and meetings will keep you in the loop on the latest industry advancements.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A HOME APPLIANCE REPAIR TECH :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Arizona driver's license and a copy of the current AZ driver's abstract
• Strong technical abilities and a "can-do attitude"
• A good driving record and a minimum of 1 year of experience
• The ability to lift approximately 100 lbs
• Proficiency in managing on-truck inventory
• Must be 21 years or older

Preferred :

• Certification in appliance repair or an AAS degree
• 1 year of experience in the appliance industry
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
