Diesel Mechanic, Service Technician
Malvern, PA
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Diesel Mechanic / Pump Mechanic needed for a Service Technician opportunity. Must be willing to be on call at times (1 week at a time) for emergency service calls in the region.
- Performs maintenance / repairs of pumps and other equipment in both the shop and in the field.
- Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded in terms of rental equipment maintenance and repair.
- Trouble shoot all rental equipment for most efficient way to get equipment back online.
- Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures.
- Produce all required service tickets and / or documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
- Communicates with the team for ordering and stocking of needed parts, equipment, and accessories.
- Communicates with team for coordinating delivery and pickup of parts, equipment, and accessories.
- Foster good working relationships with clients and team members by training on parts, equipment, and accessories.
- Be an ambassador for safety, making sure all work is done in the safest manner.
- Continuous growth of knowledge for all Company products, inventory, and delivery capabilities.
- Assist with stocking, pick-up, and delivery of all parts, equipment, and accessories.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.
Must have own tools : Wrenches, pry bars, impact drills basic needs.
Must undergo background check and driving history as a company truck is provided. Local travel required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : (Hiring Companies ATS Questions) :
1. Do you have experience in Maintenance / Repairs of pumps and other equipment in both the shop and in the field.
2. Must have own tools : Wrenches, Pry Bars, Impact Drills.
3. Must be willing to be on call at times (1 week at a time) for emergency service calls in the region.
4.Are you OK with undergoing a background check and driving history as a company truck is provided. Local travel required.
