In this role, you will provide patient care services in a clinic environment, working collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver holistic, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and older.
Key Responsibilities : Patient-Centered Care : Educate patients on health maintenance to enhance quality outcomes.Evaluate, recommend, co-manage, and treat patients’ medical needs.
Document all patient care in an electronic health record.Assist in developing Patient-Centered Practice Teams.Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day.
Customer Service Excellence : Enhance patient engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and feedback integration.
Maintain clear communication with patients and colleagues.Healthcare Environment Management : Resolve conflicts using appropriate management techniques.
Cultivate relationships among practice employees and colleagues.Balance priorities to effectively manage patient care and needs.
Adapt to new models of patient care for clinic efficiency.Support the hiring and development of practice employees.Validate insurance coverage and incorporate knowledge into care plans.
Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.Application for DEA required at the time of offer.
Education : Completion of a Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program.Current National Board Certification and state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
Additional Requirements : Vaccination : All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their start date, subject to approved medical or religious exemptions.
