Your Role
- Greet and serve customers in the assigned department. Offer advice or information.
- Guide customers through projects.
- Help unload incoming trucks and stock merchandise.
- Maintain your assigned department.
- Work alongside your retail team.
- Demonstrate Sunshine Ace’s famous customer service.
About You
- Knowledge and experience of items within the following departments are preferred : Electrical, Hardware, Housewares, Lawn & Garden, Plumbing and / or Tools.
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
- Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
