Position : Automation Engineer
SCOPE : The role of the Automation Engineer is to work with the Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance and Production teams to maintain and optimize the operation processes.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and troubleshooting control systems for Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs
- Programming / Modifying VFDs and servo drives
- Designing / upgrading / implementing manufacturing equipment into factory systems
- Managing external / contractor automation resources
Qualifications :
- Degree required - Bachelor or Associates
- Experience in PLC & HMI programming manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics, panel layouts, and interconnection diagrams
