Location : This position will be on-site full-time in Rancho Dominguez, CA. The position holder will need to be within commuting distance (within 45 min).
Janitor Summary :
Responsible for the daily inside cleaning of the facility, assisting with outside facilities maintenance and the processing of scrap materials.
Janitor Duties and Responsibilities :
- Helps to maintain professional appearance of outside facilities and grounds; landscaping, parking lot, cleanliness, in conjunction with outside contractors and maintenance.
- Inspects and performs daily inside facility cleaning per prescribed check lists.
- Maintains cleaning supplies inventory.
- Processes / bails scrap foam materials.
- Processes trash / rubbish from around and inside the building.
- Assists production when required and trained to do so.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.
Janitor Qualification Requirements :
- High School / GED or previous experience of six months or more.
- Ability to follow guidelines and prescribed cleaning checklists.
- Able to learn to operate bailing equipment.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr
