Division Manager, FPG

Job Title

This leader has operational accountability and oversight and directs multiple practice sites daily activities including human resources, customer service / satisfaction, financial, medical business information systems, practice profile analysis, compliance with regulatory bodies, and participates in planning and development. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Require a Bachelor's Degree in related field; or relevant work experience in healthcare or business administration in a leadership role can be substituted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the required degree- Require five (5) years of medical practice management experience in a clinical group setting of six or more providers or multiple sites including management responsibility for all operational areas including finance in which three (3) years in a hospital-based setting of three or more providers. - Require experience in mentoring / precepting.
