Who They Are

This opportunity is with the #1 US-based manufacturer in the Commercial Building Envelope space. This highly visible executive role will lead large-scale organizational change, drive innovation, and implement advanced technology solutions across 50+ location in the US. They are ready to completely transform their estimating function and are looking for someone to serve as a true change agent within the business. Compensation is very strong, with a competitive base salary, exceptional bonus and above-average benefits.

What You'll Do

  • Transforming our current paper-based, manual estimation process into a centralized, AI-driven, real-time estimation system
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally to support seamless customer experience
  • Lead and develop the estimation team
  • Integrate value engineering and closing activities during the RFP to order stage
  • Establish and monitor appropriate estimation function metrics

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in estimation in the glass and architectural industry
  • Overseeing estimating for 25+ locations
  • Experience building / restructuring an estimating team / program
  • Strong understanding of estimation processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent executive leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with AI-driven estimation software and automation tools preferred
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational innovation preferred
