Job Position : Lead Dental Office Treatment and Financial Coordinator (Full Time Position)

Are you an experienced Dental Office Treatment and Financial Coordinator who wants to take the lead of a newly located practice with great potential for growth? Has your compensation plateaued or deal with management that won’t support your career growth?

Job Details :

  • Position : Lead Dental Office Treatment and Financial Coordinator.
  • Job Type : Preference is Full Time.
  • 32-38 hours a week. (We’re closed on Wednesdays and Sundays and rotate between a 4 day to 5 day work week. 2 Saturdays a month which are 6 hour work days.)

We are looking for someone who has the following skills :

  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Has experience with cutting edge technology and computer skills.
  • Focused on a vision and committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients.
  • Building patient rapport.

    • Requirements :

  • Two years+ experience.
  • Knowledge of Dentrix dental software.
  • Enjoys dentistry and believes dentistry offers patient’s a means to better health.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • We are open two Saturdays a month, so  one Saturday availability is a must since it can be a rotational role.
  • Includes immediate Holiday Pay. You start accruing up to 24 sick hours and can be used 90 days after 1st day
  • Vacation days after one year probation period.
  • Employer contribution 401K once qualified
  • Profit sharing based bonuses after 3-4 months and year end bonus upon manger’s discretion.
  • Provides Monthly Employer Contribution to a Healthcare Spending Account.
