Our client is in search of a hybrid Quality Assurance Tester with a strong background software testing and experience following an Agile process.
The QA Tester will be responsible for testing new features, regression testing existing functionality and collaborating with the development team to plan future work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify test requirements from specifications, design test coverage plan and map test case requirements
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
- Establishes benchmarks for performance
- Creates test cases and test data
- Creates and executes automated test scripts
- Responds to inquiries from technical support
- Recommends program improvements or revisions to project manager
- Reviews logs and run reports to identify errors and improvements
- Documents, tracks & communicates test plans, test results, analysis & unresolved problems
- Reviews and contributes to software program documentation
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, users and developers
EXPERIENCE :
- Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications
- Advanced communication skills (written & verbal) to create clear, concise & detail-oriented test plans and test scripts and effectively relay defects to developers / other stakeholders
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Technical skills in testing are a plus but not required
- Knowledge of agile / scrum process
- 3+ years of experience in software testing
- Azure Dev Ops experience preferred
