Job Description
LaborMax Staffing is looking for experienced cooks. Experienced preferred as a line cook but is willing to take individuals with prep cook experience as well.
Schedules & times will vary.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To :
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and store leftover food properly
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition & sanitation regulations & safety standards
- Maintain a positive & professional approach with coworkers and guests
