We’re looking for someone who is driven and approachable. Who is task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. Who will look everyone who enters the studio members, employees, vendors, visitors in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them.

Who can motivate a sales team. Who listens. Who likes to stay fit and to have fun. If something goes wrong, you get it fixed.

When sales goals are set, you surpass them.

As a General Manager, you will be overseeing two studios and you are responsible for leading the pack by giving daily direction / guidance to your sales team.

You set goals, drive performance, action any opportunities, and ensure brand compliance and operational excellence in everything inside the studio.

You are in daily communication with the Regional team and can pivot quickly when challenges arise. You are the powerhouse of your studios.

Growth mindset

We’d love you to have Orangetheory experience, but we’ll take into consideration leadership and management experience somewhere else.

Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orangetheory studio locations and more details can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.

Job Type : Full-time, some nights and weekends are required

Compensation : Salary + Individual Commission + Opportunity to Bonus Quarterly
