Pay Range : $24.09 - $29.69 / hr
Job Description
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for patient care? We're seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team in Mission Viejo, CA.
This is a temporary, 8-month contract position offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Draw blood samples from patients accurately and efficiently.
Prepare specimens for lab testing following established protocols.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, creating a welcoming and trustworthy atmosphere.
Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Demonstrate strong leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong keyboard and data entry skills.
