The Lead Technologist performs functional duties in the Pre-Analytic, Analytic, and Post-Analytic phases if the Laboratory Path of Work flow.
S / he is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operational functions for the assigned shift including day-to-day supervision, QC compliance, and trouble-shooting.
The Lead Technologist assists the supervisor with monitoring rest results and staff training and competency assessment.
Required : Medical Laboratory Technologist, experience in Blood Bank and as a generalist. Prefer a minimum of two years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science. ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Technologist required.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. If position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours.
The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and / or Overtime paid, if applicable.
Hourly Range : $34.53-$52.65
