Auction Fuel in Indianapolis, IN is looking for one warehouse supervisor to join our 11 person strong team off site at one of our client's warehouse.
We are located at 6425 English Ave #4, Indianapolis, IN 46219.

Managing the flow and logistics are vital parts of our business. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager as a Warehouse Manager is responsible for unloading trucks to the truck unloading area, moving large items to the large item sort area, and moving small items to the small item sorting area.

Essential Warehouse Manager Functions Unload trucks to the appropriate area.
- 1. Truck unloading area
- 2. Large items to sort area
- 3. Small items to sort area. Ensure that empty pallets are removed from the warehouse and set outside by the dumpster for pickup.
Ensure products sorted from the large sorting area that are deemed to be for the store are moved to the Send to Store area Help in pulling XL items from the racks with a forklift for shipping Ensure cardboard and trash are managed daily to keep the warehouse flow moving.
Help the team to maintain clean floors for ease of moving pallets by pallet jack. Essential Physical Abilities Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, on items over 50 lbs always ask for team help.
Working Conditions Warehouse environment, moderate noise level, exposure to dust. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- This role may require travel to other locations.
- Compensation Full time : $15-$20 per hour based on experience and tenure. Bonus potential - A percentage bonus of e-commerce sales with adherence to the floorplan and all essential warehouse manager functions listed above.
- Job Requirements Maintain a clear floor plan and ensure that all pallets are moving and flowing through the process. Work hours are 9AM-6PM, Monday-Friday, 9-4 Saturday.
Only throw away broken glass, porcelain, wood. Recycle all metals, styrofoam, cardboard. We want to cut down on the waste created.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00 / hour.
