Job Description
HEICO Component Repair Group is currently looking for an Purchasing Buyer. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you.
The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the Purchasing Buyer may be required to :
- Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and delivery speed to procure parts for work orders.
- Be required to purchase parts for assigned shops and work orders as well as maintain accurate records of all purchases.
Requirements
Skills / Education & Experience :
- Minimum 3-5 years of MRO / Aviation Purchasing experience
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong negotiating skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work overtime when needed
- Must be proficient in using MS Office product such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong attention to detail required
