Medical Device Tissue Reconstruction
My medical device client is an innovative company that provides products for tissue reconstruction. They are seeking a Medical Sales Rep responsible for new business development within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities will include penetrating new business opportunities and managing clients. This position involves presentations to surgeons and strategic positioning of the product within the market.
Profile :
- Medical Device Reps with experience selling into the OR
- Orthopedics, Biologics, Hardware, Regenerative Medicine and / or Plastic Surgical experience
- Seeking reps with longevity in positions, with most recent role 2-4 years+
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 2+ years Medical Device Sales experience within an OR setting
- Experience selling to hospitals within orthopedics, podiatry, plastics and / or vascular
- New business development experience
- Ability to develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers
- Documented sales success (stats, rankings, quota achievements)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed within territory
Offering :
- Base Salary $80,000 $110,000 (based on market and experience)
- Guarantee year 1 to $160,000+ (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ plan to $225,000
- Uncapped Commissions (Commission to over 10% paid from dollar 1)
