We are looking for hospice licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences.

As a hospice licensed practical nurse (LPN), you’ll work under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to conduct patient visits and provide routine care, while communicating with the care team, the patient and their family.

Qualifications : A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse

Experience : 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)

Required : Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
