Stiamo selezionando un Field Service Engineer che farà parte della divisione Operazioni e Manutenzione . Questo ruolo è responsabile della lavorazione di ticket elettronici per la risoluzione di problemi hardware e software sulla nostra infrastruttura di rete a bordo dei treni.
Principali Mansioni :
- Indagare e riparare l’infrastruttura di rete del treno, inclusi router, modem cellulari e punti di accesso.
- Risoluzione dei problemi in loco e analisi della causa principale.
- Mantenere ticket aggiornati sul lavoro svolto o sui nuovi problemi individuati.
- Mantenere il programma di lavoro relativo alla disponibilità dei veicoli, sotto la supervisione del Field Service Manager.
- Mantenere l’inventario dei pezzi di ricambio e richiedere il rifornimento quando necessario.
- Garantire che il lavoro prioritario venga intrapreso.
- Assistere i Project Manager nel completamento delle attività di progetto come aggiornamenti e test.
Requisiti :
- Diploma di maturità in informatica o simili.
- Capacità di base nella gestione di reti informatiche.
- Capacità di base in scripting e programmazione.
- Lavorare all’interno di un sistema di ticket elettronici Essenziale.
- Buone capacità di comunicazione di persona, telefonica ed e-mail.
- Approccio al lavoro di squadra e disponibilità a lavorare in orari notturni.
