JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator assists in the development, implementation, and coordination of marketing initiatives that support the company’s brand awareness and recruitment to external and internal audiences.
Responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, collaborating with the graphic design team to create content for digital and traditional marketing pieces, tracking marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, coordinating reputation management across the company, coordinating and implementing external and internal marketing strategies, and working collaboratively with teams across the country to advance the Care Network as a leader in innovative home and community-based services.
JOB DUTIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including traditional (print) and digital advertising.
- Write, edit, and design content for external marketing campaigns using various channels including, but not limited to, email, websites, social media, print, out-of-home, digital, and video.
- Assist with designing visual elements for marketing campaigns, communications, and conferences / events.
- Assist with managing, posting, and maintaining the company's social media accounts. Including writing copy and designing visuals for posts, boosting, and monitoring comments.
- Monitor and respond to online comments and reviews via reputation management platforms and engage program operations in online review responses.
Including developing an ongoing review generation campaign to seek reviews from employees, clients, and caregivers.
- Work cross-departmentally with executive team members, managers, program operations, outside vendors, caregivers, and clients to create a library of testimonials, and visual assets for use in CDCN marketing efforts.
- Create and maintain a monthly recognition calendar, crafting engaging content for employees and consumers to maximize social media engagement
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop marketing strategies to reach them.
- Support the CDCN Print Store order-to-production process and assist in managing program requests for branded materials.
- Write, design, and build video content to engage with customers and increase campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, training materials, and SOPs for departmental procedures.
- Provide support for the Marketing Manager, Graphic Design, and Communications team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop is a bonus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Knowledge of HTML a plus.
- Ability to work flexible and / or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.
- Travel may be required.
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
