As a Part-Time Customer Advisor / Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help others by being the first point of contact for our clients.
You will assist them with their insurance needs and ensure they receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities :
- Product Knowledge : Learn and understand the products offered by our insurance carriers.
- Client Communication : Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Account Management : Access customer accounts and policy schedules to provide accurate information.
- Policy Support : Provide customers with detailed information about policies and recommend available products.
- Referral Management : Forward customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a customer advisor or in a related role.
- Background in insurance is a plus.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
- High-level typing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of telephone and call forwarding systems.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
