Keyresponsibilities
Development andmaintenance of Information Security Management System andsupporting standards policies andprocedures
Maintenance ofISO27001accreditation
Completion ofcustomers information security questionnaires and requests withindefinedlevels
Maintenance oflibrary of information securityresponses
RepresentProofID to customers and relevant parties on all matters relatingto informationsecurity
Supporting salesand other departments in aspects of security (including but notlimited to RFP s andtenders)
Oversee allsecurity incident response andreviews
Identificationof monitoring requirements and execution ofmonitoring
Advise businessteams on all matters relating to information security includingvendor / product selection andapproval
Ability tocreate Information Security training / educate employees

Key Responsibilities Monitor customer environments, proactivelyanticipate issues and co-ordinate with other resources, advisecustomers, propose solutions and effectively respond to serviceperformance issues using the ITIL lifecycle model.

Manage and monitorAzure cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and securityDeploy and configure virtual machines, storage, and networkingcomponents in Azure.
Implement and optimize Azure resources forscalability and efficiency. Work with Azure Active Directory andOffice 365 Admin Portal for user and group management.
VirtualServer Administration. Administer Windows servers, DomainControllers, and Active Directory Basic understanding of TCP / IP,DNS, and general networking.
Basic understanding of Ciscorouters / switches and VoIP. Basic understanding ofFirewalls / Gateways. Utilize PRTG for network monitoring andproactive issue resolution.
Experience in working in or with datacentres, ensuring hardware reliability and uptime. Perform routineaudits of systems and software.
Develop knowledgebasedocumentation.
