RoleSummary :

Weare growing fast and are currently looking for a motivatedInformation Security Manager who combines both outstandingtechnical and communication skills and who thrives in a fastpacedenvironment.

ThisInformation Security Manager role is more than compliance it willplay a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customeracquisition and revenue growthobjectives.

Keyresponsibilities

Development andmaintenance of Information Security Management System andsupporting standards policies andprocedures

Maintenance ofISO27001accreditation

Completion ofcustomers information security questionnaires and requests withindefinedlevels

Maintenance oflibrary of information securityresponses

RepresentProofID to customers and relevant parties on all matters relatingto informationsecurity

Supporting salesand other departments in aspects of security (including but notlimited to RFP s andtenders)

Oversee allsecurity incident response andreviews

Identificationof monitoring requirements and execution ofmonitoring

Advise businessteams on all matters relating to information security includingvendor / product selection andapproval

Ability tocreate Information Security training / educate employees

Knowledge ofGDPR Cyber Essentials and relatedstandards

Experience ofsecurity in a cloudworld

Key Responsibilities Monitor customer environments, proactivelyanticipate issues and co-ordinate with other resources, advisecustomers, propose solutions and effectively respond to serviceperformance issues using the ITIL lifecycle model.

Manage smallconsultancy style projects and handle complex incidents. Ensurethat work is prioritised using the workflow management and ticketsystem.

Maintain clear, effective communications with allstakeholders both external and internal. Create easy to followdocumentation in a variety of situations - RCAs, change records,user guides etc.

Manage own time effectively to complete assignedwork and adapt schedule based on customer needs and priorities.Make a positive contribution to ProofID s Managed Services team,through continuous improvement and sharing skills.

Keep up to dateon various technology developments through internal & externaltrainings. Able to build professional rapport with a range ofcustomer and internal contacts Works collaboratively anditeratively across customer and internal organizations ensuringhigh levels of communication across a number of issues at any onetime Positive and pro-active in all interactions Able to translatetechnical information and regulations into understandable languageand chooses appropriate format to ensure understanding Direct,clear interaction with customers (and partners), ensuring highquality and timely responses Key Competencies Manage andtroubleshoot Microsoft Azure Cloud services.

Manage and monitorAzure cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and securityDeploy and configure virtual machines, storage, and networkingcomponents in Azure.

Implement and optimize Azure resources forscalability and efficiency. Work with Azure Active Directory andOffice 365 Admin Portal for user and group management.

VirtualServer Administration. Administer Windows servers, DomainControllers, and Active Directory Basic understanding of TCP / IP,DNS, and general networking.

Basic understanding of Ciscorouters / switches and VoIP. Basic understanding ofFirewalls / Gateways. Utilize PRTG for network monitoring andproactive issue resolution.

Experience in working in or with datacentres, ensuring hardware reliability and uptime. Perform routineaudits of systems and software.

Develop knowledgebasedocumentation.
