As a member of the Alumnae Relations and Development (ARD) team reporting to the Senior Director of Alumnae / i Engagement, the Assistant / Associate Director of Affinity Programing is responsible for the management of select alumna / i affinity programing.
The Assistant / Associate Director will plan and implement affinity-specific events and activities that enable alumnae / i groups to engage with the College and further its goal of fostering pride and maintain meaningful relationships with alumnae / i after graduation.
A successful candidate will also champion volunteer and philanthropic engagement. Will oversee existing alumnae / i affinity programs, design and implement new affinity programming as appropriate to engage our alumnae / i with the College and with one another.
Support affinity program volunteer committees, Liaison with fundraising colleagues to support affinity-based philanthropic efforts.
Requirements include prior volunteer management, event planning, and fundraising experience, a willingness to work some weekends and evening hours as well as the ability to travel occasionally.
