A well-respected financial services company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team! Searching for an individual to recruit for professional services and develop creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
This role is well-suited for a professional with significant experience with the full recruiting life cycle.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Create and apply innovative recruiting techniques.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience using ATS or HRIS
