This position will be responsible for performing quality audits on picked orders / outbound loads to ensure that customer specifications and compliance requirements are being met within a warehouse / distribution facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform assigned post-pick audits to verify the correct items and quantities will ship to customer.
- Partner with Retail Compliance Team to thoroughly understand customer requirements.
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of auditing documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments.
- Apprise shipping supervisor of any quality issues that may occur.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Competencies
- 1+ years’ experience and familiarity with picking and packing
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, can do attitude.
- Detail Oriented
- Navigates systems and software effectively (Microsoft 365 Word, Excel)
- Language skills : Able to read, write, and or comprehend basic English.
- Math skills : Basic
Physical Requirements
- Frequently required to stand, walk, twist, pull, push, reach, and bend
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
- Work environment : distribution center that is not temperature controlled
