About The Position :
- Palmdale Regional Medical Center - 190 bed Community Hospital.
- Largest ER in the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita Valleys. Annual ED volume 89,500.
- Level III Trauma Center. Comprehensive Stroke Center. STEMI Center. Helipad. 24 / 7 ultrasound CT and MR. 24 / 7 Radiologist interpretation.
24 / 7 Intensivists. 35 ED beds and a separate fast track zone.
- Strong subspecialty support. Access to Pediatric and OB / GYN transfers + higher level transfers including USC Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles & Loma Linda University Med Center.
- In Fall 2023, PRMC was awarded A' grade for patient safety in Leapfrog Hospital Safety
- Guaranteed base plus significant RVU bonus. Malpractice provided. Independent Contractor 1099 status.
- 12 hour shifts. 6-7 physician shifts daily. 4 APP shifts daily. Scribes per physician.
- Physician lounge with complimentary breakfast, lunch and snacks.
- Our scheduling is fair and equitable with all providers.
