RN-founded and owned, boutique private home care agency is seeking per diem private duty nurses. Responsibilities include implementing adult geriatric care plans and ensuring the highest quality one-to-one care by RN and HHA teams.

Requirements :
- BSN, RN or MSN; New Grad RN also encouraged to apply
- Private care, med-surg, hospice, palliative, or community care experience
- Current active MA nursing license, CPR certification
- Drivers license and insured, dependable vehicle; must travel to in-home client visits
- Flexibility is a must, with availability for weekday and weekend day shifts
- Preparation of patient notes and reports in a timely manner
- Collaboration with other clinical care providers and family members
- Willingness to provide guidance to a growing team of caregivers with diverse backgrounds and experience
- Professional demeanor with a compassionate, palliative / hospice-care heart
