Position Overview : As a Recruiter at Employment Solutions, you will embark on a rewarding career in recruitment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries.

Responsibilities :

• Source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with client requirements.
• Assist in coordinating interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and preparing offer letters.
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred) but not required.
• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
• Bi-lingual a must.
