Hospital Hospitality Aid
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Hospital Hospitality Aid located in Huntsville, AL. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with meal delivery and set-up, ensuring patients receive their meals in a timely manner while also addressing any dietary needs or concerns.
Pay Rate
$1 4 .00 per hour
$2.50 per hour shift premium based on hours worked ($16.50 per hr )

Hospital Hospitality Aid Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dietary requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of trays to confirm meal selections and address any special dietary requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meal preparation and delivery areas.
- Record meal delivery and patient preferences accurately.
- Identifies each patient by asking name and date of birth before serving food.
- Greets each patient according to customer service standards and offers individualized assistance with meal tray, receiving no complaints from patients or staff.
Hospital Hospitality Aid Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Compassionate and patient focused.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist in meal delivery tasks.
