They willformulate and define systems scope and objectives based on userneeds and a thorough understanding of business systems and industryrequirements.

PositionDescription :

• Thecontractor will perform IT Triage and resolve complex C ramapplication defects andissues.
• The individual will collaboratewith the team to diagnose resolve delegate and assign issues to theappropriate work stream within the C ram application (applicationintake rules batch processesetc.).
• This individual will also addressproduction issues / defects and design develop and implement asolution.
• The individual will attend designsessions and translate complex technical triggers and process flowsto less technical teammembers.
• The individual will assist insystem enhancements using the Curamplatform.
• The individual will become anintegral part of the DCAS Team making every problem associated withthe application a problem of their own and will demonstrate therequired initiative and critical thinking abilities necessary toresolve all issues and challengesaccordingly.

PositionResponsibilities :

• Formulatesand defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and athorough understanding of business systems and industryrequirements.
• Devises or modifies procedures tosolve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity andlimitations operation time and form of desired results.

Includesanalysis of business and user needs documentation of requirementsand translation into proper system requirementsspecifications.
