Qualifications :
- 3-7 years of experience practicing labor and employment (employer side)
- Wage and hour, discrimination, harrassment, wrongful termination, class actions
- Advice and counseling experience a huge plus
- Licensed to practice in MN
- Resume, transcripts, and a 10-page writing sample required
